1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the hb999 platform is conditional on your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of the following events:

1. Completing the hb999 account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox;
2. Logging into a previously registered hb999 account following publication of updated Terms;
3. Placing any wager through the hb999 platform, whether or not a formal account registration has been completed.

3 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by hb999 will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.3 Geographical Restrictions

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local regulations. hb999 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered hb999 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hb999 username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify hb999 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting hb999 customer support. hb999 will process closure requests within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and applicable bonus forfeiture rules.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

hb999 currently supports the following BDT payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at hb999's discretion. The availability of specific payment channels may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and the policies of the respective payment service provider.

5.2 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to all transactions. These limits are displayed within the hb999 cashier section at the time of each transaction and are subject to change. VIP-tier Players benefit from elevated transaction limits as a component of their VIP Programme benefits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by standard Players are processed within 24 hours of submission. Gold and Platinum VIP tier Players benefit from expedited withdrawal processing times of 60 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, subject to payment network availability. hb999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing infrastructure.

5.4 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hb999 account are derived from lawful sources. hb999 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction patterns where required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hb999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. Your account balance is always displayed in BDT.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the hb999 platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of placement. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. hb999 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, or where evidence of rule violation is identified.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the hb999 Sports Betting Rules published on the platform. Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency acknowledgment requirements. Wagers cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the platform.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

Casino game outcomes on hb999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. hb999 does not control the outcome of live dealer games and all results are final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a wager, hb999's system will apply the outcome determined by the platform at the time the connection was lost. hb999 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues, including poor mobile data connections.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hb999 are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet restrictions during bonus wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn. Wagering completed on games excluded from bonus play will not count towards the wagering requirement. hb999 reserves the right to recalculate wagering contributions if a Player attempts to circumvent the contribution weighting structure.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other Players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending investigation.

7.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the hb999 VIP Programme is by invitation or automatic qualification based on wagering volume thresholds. VIP status and associated benefits are subject to ongoing qualification review. hb999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with 14 days' advance notice to affected Players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb999 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one hb999 account;
• Providing false or misleading identification or verification documents;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place wagers at incorrect odds;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit hb999 pricing against third-party odds;
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at hb999 staff or other Platform users;
• Any other activity that hb999 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hb999 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, interface designs, data compilations, and the hb999 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of hb999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in the intellectual property of hb999 beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hb999 platform without obtaining prior written consent from hb999. Unauthorised use of hb999 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hb999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hb999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond hb999's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay;
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or infrastructure failure.

hb999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by hb999's negligence.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

hb999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the hb999 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Responsible Gaming

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to formal proceedings. hb999 will cooperate in good faith with all dispute resolution processes. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
